Terms and Conditions
1. Workshop Details
- Name: Parts Therapy Certification Class
- Duration: 3 days
- Format: Live online training with a trainer
- Target Audience: Trained hypnotherapists with a diploma in regression therapy
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Vienna time)
2. Registration and Payment
- Registration must be completed online prior to the start of the workshop.
- The fee for the workshop is €600, which includes access to materials provided, supervision and Certification
- Payment is due at the time of registration via wire transfer.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Participants may cancel their registration up to 6 weeks before the workshop with a cancellation fee of €50.
- Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the workshop will result in forfeiture of the entire workshop fee.
- In the event that the workshop must be canceled by the organizer, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.
4. Participant Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the workshop.
- The organizer will determine what constitutes disruptive behavior.
- In case of removal from the course due to disruptive behavior, no refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the workshop remain the intellectual property of the organizer and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced under any circumstances, with no exceptions.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
- Participants acknowledge that the workshop is for educational purposes only and does not constitute therapy or medical advice.
- Participation in the workshop may involve personal reflection and emotional processing, which could evoke strong feelings.
- Participants confirm that they are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for their own well-being during the workshop.
- The organizer is not liable for any personal injury or loss incurred during participation in the workshop, including but not limited to emotional distress or psychological impact.
- Participants accept that they are responsible for their own actions and decisions made during and after the workshop.
7. Miscellaneous
Participants agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:- Cameras On: Cameras must be turned on during the entire workshop to foster engagement and interaction.
- Practice Sessions: Participants are expected to both deliver and receive practice sessions throughout the workshop.
- Respectful Communication: Participants must communicate respectfully and professionally, avoiding offensive language or personal attacks.
- Active Participation: Participants are encouraged to contribute actively to discussions and activities, creating a collaborative learning environment.
- Timeliness: Participants should log in on time and remain present for the entire duration of the workshop to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
