WELCOME TO REGRESSION THERAPY TRAINING

Student-Centered Learning

To maintain a student-centered approach and ensure personalized attention during our workshop, we strictly limit enrollment to a maximum of 9 students per workshop.

This policy is designed to enhance the learning experience by allowing for:

  1. Ample opportunity for hands-on practice and immediate feedback.

  2. An intimate classroom setting that fosters in-depth discussions and collaborative learning.

The Course

Objectives the Participants will learn in the Parts Therapy Workshop

Workshop Outline

  1. Summarize the fundamental theories and techniques of Hypnotic Regression Therapy (HRT).

  2. Explain the risks associated with false memories and their potential causes.

  3. Identify strategies to minimize the risk of false memories during therapy.

  4. Distinguish between leading and guiding within a therapeutic context.

  5. Evaluate scenarios to determine when HRT is appropriate.

  6. Prepare an HRT pre-talk that emphasizes avoiding preconceived notions about the problem's origin.

  7. Demonstrate a hypnotic induction technique, including deepening procedures.

  8. Establish ideomotor finger response signals to enhance communication during sessions.

  9. Identify key past events to explore during HRT.

  10. Describe at least two distinct hypnotic regression techniques.

  11. Recognize abreactions and utilize hypnotic methods to help clients release negative emotions related to past events and reframe their meanings.

  12. Explain how to use suitable hypnotic suggestions at the end of a regression to enhance the likelihood of enduring success.

  13. Practice regression techniques in pairs to solidify understanding.

  14. Clarify how techniques and safeguards incorporated into client-centered hypnosis ensure that insights are derived from the client rather than influenced by the therapist.​

Workshop Outline

  • The Four Hypnotic Steps to Facilitate Change (objectives of hypnotherapy).

  • Utilizing ideomotor responses to determine the applicability of regression.

  • Introduction to Hypnotic Regression Therapy (HRT) and its therapeutic objectives.

  • Identifying appropriate contexts for regression.

  • Understanding the distinction between guiding and leading in therapy.

In-Depth Explanation of Regression

  • Phase 1: Client Preparation

  • Phase 2: Regression Techniques for Discovering Underlying Causes

  • Phase 3: Addressing Abreactions and Emotional Release

  • Phase 4: Subconscious Relearning Techniques

  • Phase 5: Session Conclusion and Integration

Role Play and Demonstrations (repeated as time allows)

  • Facilitator demonstration followed by group discussion.

  • Role-play of a compelling case aimed at uncovering resolutions.

  • Additional demonstrations based on available time.

  • Supervised HRT practice sessions for hands-on experience.

  • Group discussions addressing challenges encountered during practice.

  • Exploration of past life regressions: fact versus fiction.

  • Discussion of ethics, possible explanations, techniques, and demonstrations based on group interest and time.

  • Repeated demonstrations as time permits.

Certification

To achieve certification upon completion of the workshop, you are required to:

  1. Attend all three full days of the workshop without any absences.

  2. Successfully pass a written test, which will be administered on the final day of the workshop. (The test, provided by Roy Hunter, is a brief and entertaining addition to the class. There's no need to worry about passing; you'll get to experience Roy Hunter's genuine sense of humor!)

  3. Submit written assignments detailing three separate case studies in which you have implemented Parts Therapy techniques with three different clients.

  4. Ensure that your case studies are submitted within 40 days following the conclusion of the workshop for evaluation.

Requirements for Regression Therapy Workshop

To participate in the regression therapy workshop, attendees must meet the following criteria:

  1. Diploma in Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy: Participants should have completed a recognized diploma program in hypnosis or hypnotherapy. This foundational knowledge is essential for understanding the concepts covered in the workshop.

  2. Experience Working with Clients: Attendees must have practical experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting. This hands-on experience is crucial for applying regression therapy techniques effectively.

  3. Commitment to Professional Development: A willingness to engage fully in the workshop, including participating in discussions, role plays, and practice sessions, to enhance learning and skill acquisition.

To ensure our directory remains current and accurate, we will conduct an annual verification process. You can expect to receive an email from us once a year inquiring about your ongoing provision of Parts Therapy sessions. It is crucial that you respond to this email within 10 days to confirm your active status. Failure to respond in the given timeframe will result in your profile being removed from our list, as we strive to maintain a directory of active practitioners for client referrals.​​
